We want to offer an authentic Spanish-language experience and the best possible support for developing your child’s Spanish skills. This is why all of our instructors are native Spanish speakers, have a passion for working with children and have the skills to bring this ambition to life.
Alejandro Gomez Salas
Club Director
Alejandro originates from Colombia. As a father-of-two, Alejandro wanted to support his children in learning his mother-tongue by sending them to lessons and discovered that quality and engaging Spanish tuition for children is under-represented. As a result, he started his own school - Cultura Kids.
Isabel Wieringa Díaz
Club Leader
Isabel is a native Spanish speaker and a graduate from the University of Bristol where she studied Physiology, which included studies in neuroscience and pharmacology. She uses her skill set toward her work as an experienced tutor and a child-care worker.
Sonia Rene Acevedo Santos
Tutor and Club Assistant
Sonia is a native Spanish-speaker and the mother of 2 bilingual daughters. Sonia brings her experience to our classes from her career in the academic sector and her enthusiasm for teaching Spanish in a creative way through art, stories, crafts and games.
Nizza Muriel
Club Assistant
Originally from Colombia but raised in the UK, Nizza understands the journey of keeping a heritage language alive. She is a mum of three different-aged kids and loves the fun of interactive learning. She is naturally a child at heart and always up for a laugh!
